Just a quick post to say I will be back to blogging, very soon! Within the next week or so. I'm moving house tomorrow so everything is packed and I haven't got the time. I will be back as soon as we are all settled :)

Today I have a blog post with a difference! The lovely Amanda from Petite in Pink is here today to talk to you all about one of her favourite products, MAC's mineralize blusher! This lovely lady has only just got into the swing of blogging, so go and show her some love, I guarantee you will love her blog!  Here's her thoughts:

MAC’s Mineralize Blusher
by Petite In Pink

A while back I was sick of wearing the same old blush, so I decided to invest on something new. During a trip to MAC I asked for something lightweight, a bit shimmery and sort of peachy, and this is what I got and I couldn't be happier!

Their Mineralize Blush in the shade Warm Soul is absolutely faultless! Its marbled appearance is stunning and makes it real pleasure to wear. Also because it’s a bit shimmery it also highlights your cheekbones and basically works double duty. And because it’s so lightweight you can build it on easily and go as subtle or as shocking as you like! I love it so much I make a habit of wearing it daily, and it hasn't let me down once.

MAC also has about 8 other shades of Mineralize Blushers and they’re all gorgeous. Alongside everything else MAC has to offer, their mineralize Blush has amazing quality. The only down side to it is that their Mineralize collection is generally a bit more expensive than their regular products, but I think it’s definitely worth the splurge because it’s a real investment. Plus the Mineralize collection works amazingly on sensitive skin because generally mineral makeup lacks a whole hoard of potentially irritant chemicals, fragrances and preservatives.

MAC’s Mineralize collection also features Skin-Finishes, Foundation and Lipsticks. From what I’ve seen so far their lipstick seems INCREDIBLE, so I’m definitely going to try it as soon as I can, but until then I’ll continue loving my trusty Blush!

I couldn't agree more with Amanda about this product, it is stunning and looks great in your handbag!

This is just going to be a quick post today as I'm on holiday! I really think that we picked the perfect week to go away to Newquay, it's sunny all week and being mine and Joe's anniversary, it's just lovely! I'll make sure to take pictures for all you guys wondering what I did!

BUT the main reason I am writing this post, is because I WON Xtras summer lovin blogging competition!!! The aim was to write a post on your summer must haves, here is my post.
The main prize was £100 store credit and there were also 5 runners up prizes, which included goodie bags worth £30 each.

I was the lucky winner of the top prize and honestly I couldn't be any happier! I never expected to win in a million years, so when I got that email while attempting to get a tan (badly) on the beach, I may have let out a little shriek, but come on, £100 store credit for a store that sells SUPER cheap beauty products is insane! Check out Xtras here . You won't regret it, but your bank balance might!
They sell all sorts of brands from High end perfumes, to Decleor skin care and high street make up such as Revlon and Maybeline for as little as a pound!

I also have a guest post coming up very soon, and I'll give you a little hint, MAC ;)
I will make sure to do a blog post when I receive my goodies from Xtras!
Have a lovely sunny day!

As most of you probably know by now, I work for Topshop. And I must get asked at least 10 times a day, what my favourites are for this month and what goes with what, and what you should do to keep it pristine etc. That's just my day to day working business. I've also been asked what the interview process is like and how to get a job etc. If anyone would actually like me to do a post on this please let me know and I will quite happily do a post! Also if anyone would like a post on the styles of jeans and the names of them, let  me know as well.
But for now, here are my favourites in Topshop as of yet:

1. Silk jumpsuit by Boutique - £85 2. Cami - £16 3. Sheer sleeve top by Boutique - £40 4. Vintage wash Joni jeans - £36.

These are my favourites for Topshop that will take you through summer, right through to winter. First off is the silk jumpsuit. Now I know that the pricing on this is definitely a stretch, especially for student budgets, but this is such a staple piece that you really can't go wrong. This can be worn with a jumper over the top or kept simple for summer, with a cute little belt and flats for daytime, and some bit gold jewellery and heels for a night out. It's such a staple piece I think everyone should have in their wardrobes!

Second is the cami. The basic cami is something that has been FLYING off the shelves. Quite literally because of the sheer floaty material. This is sure to keep you cool in summer and nice and cosy with a cardigan in the summer, and quite frankly the camis just look amazing with everything! They are so versatile, I think everyone should have a cami. Whether it be pastel, neon, or simply black of white. Everyone should have one.

Now the third is simply a piece that I just love. I think it looks so chic, and even though it says it is a top, the model wears it as a dress and I think it looks best like this, or even with some leather leggings. I just think that for a boutique topshop item, it is very cheap!

Lastly is the Joni jeans, and OH my god should everyone have a pair. They are a dupe for the American Apparel easy jeans and they are so comfy I could live in them. They look like high waisted jeans but feel like leggings they are so soft, and they are also flattering on everyone!

Let me know what you guys think of these items and if you'll be purchasing any!
